Now just recently we had a car accident in my car and Steve decided to fix it himself because it was cheaper than going to a panel beater.
He did such a fantastic job on it!
He order in the panel that we needed and he bought the correct colour for my car and spray painted the panel and then sprayed clear coat over it.
Now it's a tad darker, due to the panel originally being black (that's how they come as the base) but it's hardly noticeable unless you actually search to see the difference.
It looks so much better without it all being dinged up now and I'm so grateful that he did it for me. Though he was the one who had the accident so he kinda owed me. XD
Anyway, he's decided to re-paint his new car that he's just bought as the paint work is all flaking from being out in the sun from the previous owner.
He's bought all the tools to spray paint it and spent so much money to do it all himself.
I'm just wondering if anyone here has ever done anything like this while not being so experienced with it?
