Wow they're not bad at all! =D
Simple and clean, the way I like them.
My favourite would have to be your last piece. I love the paint splatters and the colourful lines she's leaning on behind her.
The text font is decent and is situated well. Considering the background is plain white, not too much attention is taken away from the girl as well. =)
I feel the first sig could have used a bit of light on the character and that some text added would spruce it up!
The Wall.E sig could have used some effects out in that negative space on the left to make it feel more alive.
And the Goofy one is brilliant, though I feel some text would liven that one up as well. =)
Apart from that you've done an awesome job and hope to see more from you.

Wow, thanks, the Demi one (last one) was the signature that took less time to make lol, like 5 minutes or so.

Your works are decent tbh, the first one is my favorite though it's black and white. <_< the last one doesn't seem you worked on it much, I believe you need to add a couple of things to it, like a few brushes, the text is too big which didn't help filling the sig tbh, and the render is too far on the left. =\
I like the simplicity of the first one, although I'm in agreement with Kei, more is needed. I like the 1st and 3rd the most though, I think you've done a great job with making in look good in black and white, since in most cases you can't just literally change it that colour and still make it look good. Overall you've done a great job, keep it up.
