Last year was the first time in years my horse even finished the race (or made the second circuit for that matter - stillonly finished 7th) which shows my skill in picking a horse for this XD
I'm thinking of King John's Castle, although he's grey, and no grey horse has won in almost 50 years - doh!

I usually pick one that wins or at least comes in the top lot. Did have a couple of fallers before, hopefully that will not be the case this year.

I know last year I had a horse beginning with Z....can't remember it's name but it was the only Sagitareous horse so when I picked it outta the hat I was ;like wooho

Bizarrely my family collectively picked the horses between them that wound up finishing 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th AND 5th. Usually none of our horses even finish!
