glitch or what (ffx)

Hmmm i captured everything on ffx and i still havnt unlocked nemisis is this a glitch or what? or what do i have to do to unlock him

You have to capture ALL the monster X10 AND you need to beat almost (Or all) the special monsters he creates those, those include especially Ultima Buster, Shinryu etc...

Do you have 10 of every monster?

If so, then as said above, you need to also kill ALL the original & species creations, Nemesis will then be unlocked for you ^^
