Getting Squall's Lionheart early..

need help. I'm on disc two and I am trying to acquire the items for getting the Lionheart. The level 20-30 T-rexars that I'm fighting in the training center don't seem to ever drop any Dragon Fangs. I mugged and got Dino bones instead. So I ended up with 73 dino bones instead after all that fighting. =O What's going on? Is Dragon fang suppose to be that rare?
 
Eh? You're fighting the wrong monster then if you are looking for Dragon Fangs. You need to defeat Blue Dragon in this case, which can be found in Island Closest to Hell and Winter Island.

This also belongs to the Help Booth. ;) Someone will move it for you soon enough.


EDIT: Wait nevermind. You can get them from T-rex as well. The chance is probably slim though. Try mugging some from Grendels as well.

good topic. can anyone help me, im on disc 3 and have the adamantine and dragon fangs, but i cant get the pulse ammo. any help?
 
I got Squall's final weapon on the first disc by playing unhealthy amounts of Triple Triad.

That's one way of getting most of the items.

That's how I got them too. All those cards I stole from the diamond duos... Mwahahah
In one of the games, the duo got back at me when I lost my PuPu card to them.>_< It was traumatic, never got it back ever since...

Back to the topic: Triple Triad is the best way in getting the rare items you need.
 
Never bothered with getting the Lionheart on Disc1, didn't need it :neomon:. I always seem to make Zell's final weapon first :wacky::wacky:
