Anime Gene Simmons' son RIPS OFF BLEACH

:wacky: I already knew about it before today.

Nick Simmons is a bad man- he should not have done that without permission. And to use that for his own work is ridiculous. He just ruined his father and his reputation single-handedly.
 
Yea, I know. If you've seen his manga, it's like Nick Simmons just traced Kubo's work and colored it differently. Whadda douche.

I just hope this doesn't do anything bad towards Kubo :(
 
Wow... That looks... Almost exactly alike in a lot of the panels. Nick draws really well, but hell, with them both being compared side by side, one can easily say that he traced it. O_O
 
I think it's bullshit that the kid ripped off Bleach and should get his ass handed to him, but I can't see how this should ruin Gene Simmons' reputation. It wasn't Gene's mistake or Gene's doing.

Yeah, right. Left to right and right to left is no vague similarity. And neither is colour and Back & white. :mokken:

Considering I've never seen Bleach but I've seen it just now, I can see that Kubo does a lot of work in that manga. Ripping off the author's work is just a huge blow dealt to him, and denying it doesn't help either. :mokken:

I know. It's almost funny how much they look alike.

I agree, man. I hope Kubo makes an omak about it. That would be funny if he made a short comin about all of this, lol.

Poor Kubo, it took a lot for him to get to the top and now he's being ripped off.
 
Whoa, that's just...Whoa *shakes head*

I've been seeing way too many cases of plagiarism in the manga industry. I kind of understand people shaping their own style from other people's work, but seeing all those panels side by side...What else is it beyond fully copying a person's work? >_>

I wonder what's going to happen to him? And after watching some Comic signings of Nick and seeing that daddy Gene Simmons' was there, I'm guessing Mr. Simmons' is involved in all of this. So in a way, does that make him responsible too?
