Oh God, add Ninja Gaiden (NES) to my list. I tried to play the game today and I got no where. Stuff flys at you from EVERYWHERE! And I don't have the patience for the game.

Theres one game that gave me a run for my money: Arc the Lad, twilight of the spirits....this game was a peice of crap so it did not matter in the end, but the final boss was just such a stupid fight it got rediculously hard and not in a challenging way but in an overwhelming aspect to many damn enemies and not enough resources.
The worst part though, rather than even that battle, was the fact that for AN HOUR AND A HALF you do not get to save your game, there's at least one other boss battle and some cutscenes before the final boss, and you do not have any way to save in between battles. So, if you die while fighting the eyeball, you have to start ALL the way over again
While I actually did really love the game's story and battle system over all, this was one part that I could have done without.I've also never beat Xenosaga Episode 2. Your signature made me think of.
I just can't get the whole break thing down to beat that Cathedral thing. It's way too hard. And it's shame because it's one of my favorite game series of all time.
And that battle is really tricky, that's probably one of the hardest battles in the series. You have to make sure you're able to revive your KO'd characters really quickly to get through it :/ I think the only way I got through was by trying to level up as much as possible throughout the game in places like the Ormus Stronghold, where there are a lot of enemies and you can get them to regenerate
I don't know if anyone here has ever played it, but it's essentially about going on I think six different rides at the Magic Kingdom and getting through them in various ways. The Haunted Mansion was the only one I could make any progress in, as well as Thunder Mountain, but all the other ones were crazy impossible
It is an absolutely brilliant game, but your ability to level up and gain power is somewhat limited, and so I've never been able to beat the final boss, he's just too hard and does too much damage in a short time
