Gawd, this thread makes me realise how ridiculously unhealthy I am.......I'm gunna get loads of salad and fruit tomorro when I go shopping. Well, if I can be bothered going shopping that is

mine used to be but as soon as I hit 23/24 It just seemed to stop, I put a whole stone on, lost it & then gained another half a stone recently

mmmm yummy, I'm on a diet so (alcohol aside) Ive been weating really healthy theses past few days. Iv had cherry toms, tangarines and bananas on the fruity side of things (& a hell of a lot of salad!!!!)
