I saw some info about this while ago on VG247.com and it said it would definitely be on PSN, but some people think it will release on discs..either way the art looked awesome and now with this video im really blown away..

I played this type of game on the psx..I cant remember the title unfortunately..it was about shamans and indians..I had to make my own village and even battle etc..it was so awesome lolzz

Now this is something like it but way more sophisticated...feast your eyes people...like I did.. :ohoho:

#DO WANT #Ubisoft

Ubisoft recently held a preview event for Eric Chahi's gorgeous looking From Dust. We weren't there, but we've got the screenshots anyway, so let's all hug ourselves tight and pretend we were there!
Yet again I have to reiterate my assertion that From Dust looks too amazing to actually exist, and that might explain why there was a mystical preview event that nobody we know went to. I think From Dust is a European conspiracy designed to trick the rest of the world.
Just look at these screens and you'll see. There is no such thing as From Dust. It's a myth!
Man, do I want it, though.

Finally :griin:

From Dust launching on PSN next week

Ubisoft’s announced on the EU PS Blog that From Dust will launch on PlayStation Network next Wednesday, September 14. The game, made by Another World creator Eric Chahi, will launch for £11.99/€14.99. The God sim had launched earlier in the year as part of the Summer of Arcade line-up for Xbox 360 near the end of July, as had the PC version, which encountered the wrath of consumers with problems over Ubi’s always-on DRM.

Was playing this game a lot when it first came out but quickly lost interest with the slew of game releases that followed. :sad3: I deleted both the game and save from my console, but that's fine. Now that I'm broke I will likely dig it up again soon.

Anyhow, the game is really great once you get the hang of it. Makes you feel really powerful at points with certain effects that can take your breath away. The path finding can be a bit irritated, yet is a step up for the vast majority of games that implement said feature into them. You only SOMETIMES have an idiot who runs the wrong way around the lava and gets himself stuck in this game.
