I stick with her primary weapon. She uses the bow like Jet Lei uses his feet!

Yes swords are more powerfull but when it comes to Fran, I use her alot for healing. So I like her to stay back if at all possible. Giving her a bow allows her to stay out of harms way, and she has very good accuracy with the bow. Swords are used for the up-front guys. The hack and slashers. Fran is best not used for that.

Why do you feel she is not a great character?

I thought she was a great character because she had alot of major parts in the story, not to mention a great mage with a powerfull bow. Plus I really like her whole race. The woodland creature theme was cool to me. As well as the talking to the wood and the whole honor of the way they lived. ..... (nobody hates you)
