Scan 1 shows that Zack's last name is going to be 'Fair' which has a meaning towards 'fair weather' apparently.
Scan 2 is probably the most interesting. It shows Sephiroth who seems to be surrounded by people about to attack him. The one seen in the background looks somewhat like Zack, so this could mean that Sephiroth is an enemy at some point.
