Floating Continent

I walked around in circles here for a long time as well. Then I would finally reach a spot where I felt I was safe and Atmos or whatever his damn name is would nuke me in like 6 hits or so. It's not too bad if you split up your parties fairly even with a strong character or 2 in each party. Don't leave a party full of n00bs or else you will definitely have no chance at surviving.

There's a couple places in FFVI that does this too you too and it's a pain in the ass but a huge relief once you come out the victor.
 
I remember the first time I got onto the FC, I was lost for 2 days on it haha. I just could not find my way to save my life.

Now it's a breeze since I know where to go.
 
I never really got lost on the Floating Continent but I had died way too often where I ended up having to go back to the WoB and level up my characters more. I just hated when the statues went crazy and the Floating Continent was starting to come apart, all to either wait for Shadow or not so I can had my team jump on the airship.
