Final Fantasy XIV WOW64 Help!

hello
i have a problem running FFXIV , the game does not support my OS "Operating System" & i know what WOW64 is & what it does but.. where can i find the WOW64 in PC?, or is it a Downloadable program? free or pay? i got a Windows XP professional 64-bit edition, & no there is no WOW64 in my PC i checked the msiserver thingy.
please help.

i believe FF14 runs only on windows 32-bits !

yes i know Yoshida, but i am asking about the WOW64.
is it a Program? downloadable program? free or pay?
the WOW64 is a subsystem of the Windows operating system that is capable of running 32-bit applications on all 64-bit versions of Windows.
but still where can i find this WOW64???
