If I remember correctly they are the Gagazet fiends, including the ones within the caves/trials.
 
You mean the Blossoms Crown?
You have to capture all the monsters in Mt. Gagazet and Zanarkand. Then go to the Calm Lands and talk to that old guy.

If it's not Blossoms Crown then I have no idea what you're on about :)
 
Flower sceptre: Defeat bahamut in Remiem Temple
Blossom Crown: Defeat and capture all the gagazet fiends, both inside and outside.
