Hello guys, I'm sure you all are excited for the FFX remake as I am.
Anyways, I couldn't keep myself from waiting, so I remixed one of the game's best songs. Tidus' Theme.
Also, I made an image slideshow as well that goes from the beginning to end. Simply grabbed images from Google, so nothing special there. It helps you listen to the music, though. I did my best to sequence the images from the beginning of the game to the end of the game.

If you like it, please subscribe and thumbs up the video. Especially if you cried near the end of the slideshow. If you really like it, download it from saveyoutube.com or listentoyoutube.com. It is 240p to 1080p.
Anyways on to how I made it. I used FL Studio 10 and used a bunch of different electronic instruments.
I mainly stuck to East West's stuff, but the problem is that they didn't have a 12-string guitar. The song uses a 12-string guitar for the rhythm. I used one found a soundfonts pack that I download from Youtube.
As for the annoying harmonica, I really wanted to change it. However, it just fits with the song. It grows on you. I first experimented with a cello and then an oboe, but they both didn't feel right. The harmonica I have ALWAYS hated, but for some reason it fits in here!
The twangy bass guitar in the middle of the song I decided to cut out and replace with a normal bass guitar. It distracted from the beauty, in my opinion.
The song itself took me a while to mix, as I kept thinking a section should be louder or softer. Compared to the original song, my mix sounds better in my opinion. Especially when you hear the violins.
One final thing. I put it on Creative Commons License so anybody can use it.
So here's the original song:
If you are all like me, I hope Square Enix not only updates the graphics in the upcoming remake of FFX, but also the music as well. It needs to be remade with an entire symphonic orchestra, similar to what happened with the Halo Anniversary remake.
