Help Final Fantasy VII Re-Release - Achievements System

Hellow, i'm pretty new around here :D
Need help about the Re-Released version of Final Fantasy VII, more specifically the achievements system.

My question is: What do i have to do to get these two achievements or, better, what is the differences between?
-Master Materia (Reach the maximum level of any Materia)
-Materia Overlord (Master all Materias)

For me, they look the same.

Now, i know that not many people have this release but, i guess there's someone who has unlocked many of the game achievements and that could be of much help.

Master Materia you only need to level a single materia to max level. master fire for example
Materia Overlord is having 1 master materia of each materia existent in the game.Master 1 of each of all materias in the game here.

Is what you meant for Master Materia leveling EVERY single materia to max level or just one? (coz i have some MASTER materia and no achievement)
And Enemy Skills does count?

Did you already unlocked that achievements?
I hope my 3 full enemy skill will count.. i just miss the fourth Trine skill on my last materia :/
 
I dont really. I dont even have that version of the game.. But I can say with certainty that if you complete Materia Overlord the other will be aswell.
