Final Fantasy 7 DS?!

I understand all your points but all you could at lest show the game some respect and not swair over it or insalt it but I think that the DS can handle it with a extra atchment to up its capabiletys and it would likely only be the size of a memory card and would fit right into the botem cartrige slote. And if final fantasy 7 is remade just right then it would be like the arigonal but just as good as the movie when it comes to the grafices and the best part is it would be the same as ever and it would yet be a lot easyer to know what there saying if it is made right.

huh have you ever copied FFVII onto your PC??? The game is about 1gb per disc. That's 4gb. NO WAY is that fitting on a DS. I don't even think there are 4gb cards that fit in the DS. THE DS isnt powerful enough..

Will people please just accept that the DS is a WEAK console.. It's good for games like Pokemon, Mario and Final Fantasy 3 (older FF's), but could never handle games past FFVI...

so theres a good chance with the new push to get rid of console exclusives that if it ever does get remade it has a good chance to be put on the 360. and the problem with the psp is that there arnt an major selling points for the psp therefore it would be a bad marketing move out the remake on there. the psp is only a one screen DS that had sex with an ipod.minus the touch screen

FFS. SE isn't pissed at Sony.. why the hell do you post such crap? Final Fantasy XIII is coming out soon for PS3. FF 1 & 2 are out on PSP. Dissidia is coming out on PSP and Crisis core is coming out on PSP. SE Pissed at Sony?? hahaha i dont think so Idiot...

Thats yet to be determinded. just like every other system there is there has yet to be a game that runs at full potentiel of its system.

and who says they couldnt make a multi-cartridge game for the DS?

.......... there has NEVER been a multi-cart game and never will be. It's impossible because you cant carry over the save game because each save, saves on the cart

i've been gaming for about 15 years (seriously) and i work with computers. I've taken lots of consoles apart and i can honestly tell you the DS isn't all that good... Touch screen technology is 20 years old for example. I've GOT a PDA with a touch screen. It's nothing new, but it still sells alot because these kids nowadays know nothing and are easilly impressed...

There could be a chance that you could play Final Fantasy 7 on the DS if someone makes a homebrew version of it. They have made it for the PSP so why not for the DS?
I wouldn't have thought the DS wouldn't be able to to handle the game because of FF3 running really well which pretty much has the same (if better) graphics than ff7 on the PS1.

Well in my opinion the ds rocks and any1 who's played ff3 should agree. If ff7 does come out on it then I would buy it straight away.I think the graphics on ff3 are just as good as the graphics on ff7 so that shouldn't be a problem.

co-sign. This is the exact reason why Sqaure-Enix NEED to release FFVII again on the PS3, to show people what the heck they've missed out on because people just dont get how great FFVII is in terms of gameplay, graphics, sound etc.

It's definately the best game ever (or i wouldn't be here on this board).
