FFXIII-2 final fantasy 13 -2 dlc problem

hi - wondering if anyone here can help

daughter's been playing this and looking to 100% it so bought the dlc pack from the psn store

the dlc has been downloaded and installed and shows in the dlc list - she also has the historia crux and has completed the main story but the node for the lightning dlc (requiem for a goddess?) is staying grey and not lighting up so she can't access it

anyone any idea what the issue may be? she's deleted, redownloaded and reinstalled but still no luck

aye, tried that, thanks for your reply....just trying a clean download and install at the moment...really odd as can;t find anything online about it being an issue....
