Help FFXIII: Crystarium

I did the second battle with Barthandelus and my Crystarium is at stage 9. Im on Chapter 13 at Orphan's Cradle. I just wanna get to Crystarium stage 10 before the final battle in the game if possible.. Any help/info is greatly appreciated!
 
I think in order to get the Cystarium to stage 10 you have to complete the game first so stage 10 will be unlocked after the final boss battle, I think stage 9 is the highest you can get too before the final boss battle and after the final boss battle you are able to master the roles with the characters
 
You can only get it after you beat the game dude! So max out what you have now and you'll be good for the rest of the journey buddy! And I think we may have spoliered the final boss by accident....oops!
