Itos winding me up, and I need halp big time

Ive been trying to get treasure chest number 10 (according to the guide) - it has either a zodiack escutcheon - Brave suit, or qith the diamon armlet a Zodiack Sheild

But, I cn't access the damn area it's in. I have opened myself a path up only problem is, there is an Aquarius gate blocking my path to the 2 Taurus Gates. There is ALSO an Aquarius gate blocking my path to the godam Taurus Gate Stone...

see my problem...? I need both gates open in order to be able to open the Taurus Gates, unless there's another way in I don't know about. Im gunna try and leave for now....hopefully the gates Ive already opened will remain opened or Im back to square one

Ive been following the map - but I just fail to see how it's possible without being able to open both gates, unless as I said...Im missing summat

Hmm.

Been looking for video guides on Youtube, best I found is the route to Ultima, can't remember much of the GC in terms of direction, so if the chest is on this route, or just a simple detour, then it could help:

Since it was archived the map itself got corrupted it looks like, so I'll have to do some fishing for you. This was an ancient post of mine, so don't blame the mods at the time, just doing their job.

It was during the whole site change over.
