So I am at that fight where you gotta fight that guys Aeons with Yunas aeons 1v1 and my aeons are pretty weak. Whats a good way to get them up there?

Moved to help Booth

Levelling Yuna up helps, as she levels up, so do the aeons. Is this the belgemine fights or the fights with whats his faces aeons in the via infinito when the party gets seperated..?

You can also boost the aeon stats by giving them items,. liek power spheres and what have you. Ive never bothered doing that though. Never seen the pioint really. Im pretty sure you can teach them spells in the same way aswel...but again, never saw the point in that either

If its the Belgemine fights, I dont think you have to win anyway, until obviously you encounter her later on at the remien temple.....Im SURE i lost the first fight with her...but it was AGES ago.....

So yeah, just level Yuna up some and you should be reet

If your in the Via Purifico then do not use the Tele Pads just walk around the area and level Yuna up after getting Lulu and Auron back, should be simple then.

So just fight fights and the Aeons become stronger? How do I give them items?
You have to obtain either the Aeon's Soul or Summoner's Soul (I forget which) and that will allow you to increase your Aeons' stats by a rather insignificant amount for a large sacrifice of valuable spheres. It's not worth it.

I ran outta mana spheres. WHat is a good way to get them right now? In Via Purifico.

When I struggled against Seymour Flux, I ran around doing random battles and using every Aeon until their overdrive was full, and then fought the boss used every one of their overdrives on the boss. It may be cheap, but I'm sure it'll work for you too.

Any of your characters got "Extract Mana" on the Sphere Grid? If so, use that on fiends. If not, use the "Mana Spring" Item on fiends.

These two make fiends drop mana spheres. (You'll get them at the end of battle)

I wouldn't recommend that if his Aeons aren't really up to scratch in an Aeon vs Aeon battle, because of the turn based system. Using an Overdrive straight away in a fight will leave Isaaru's Aeons free to attack 3 or 4 times in a row after, which could either finish off his Aeon, or make him waste turns healing (casting magic on himself, like Thundaga with Ixion, or Blizzara with Shiva etc.) Would only use Overdrives if:

1) You know your Aeons can cope with the attacks that follow.
2) Confident that you can finish Isaaru's Aeon off with the Overdrive.

If you get Yuna's Overdrive full aswell as an Aeon's, you'll be able to use an Aeon's overdrive twice in a row, though you'll have to wait until he finishes attacking you.

I figured regardless of how weak your aeons are, that HAS to kill them. I could be wrong, but it's a lot of damage actually. I see what you mean, but right now, I figured he could try just about anything.

It's only worth doing it for Bahamut, because he has break damage limit. I think you need about 70 or 60 to upgrade strength, but you should be getting four to six strength spheres per battle, so it doesn't take too long to be able to do it again. So, in say an hour, the amount of damage may increase by over 1000.

And don't forget that aeons can shield or boost, ie taking more or less damage, but speeding up/slowing down the overdrive gauge.

Each Aeon has a character it relates to, by using this info you can raise Yuna's and that character's level to increase the power of your Aeon. Also never sell your spheres.

Just like most said level up Yuna and upgrade her magic and strength which sholud make the aeons stronger. This guy was a piece of cake really. All you have to do is plan your strategy right and dont make most of your aerons die. When you get to bahamut it becomes easy.
