Help FFX-2 Question about the Bad Ending

I want to get this ending because in my opinion it is the best, and funniest ending. Of course after wards I want to try for real to get the Perfect Ending. My question:

If I do get the Bad Ending would that be the end of the game or can I go back to the last save point and try again? I'm pretty sure I can go back and re-fight Shuyin for real and win, but if not and I did get the bad ending only to find out I have to start over from the beginning of the game I would be really pissed off.

So I just want confirmation that I can get the bad ending without having to go back to the beginning before I actually try it.

Sorry if this seems stupid, and I think I already know the answer to the question but it's better to be safe than sorry.

There shouldn't be any problems with doing that.

If you keep a save point on your memory card which is closest to the ending before you complete the game, you'll be safe.

Just don't override it and then go back to it later to get the perfect ending. =)

Thought so, I just wanted to be sure before going for it. I really want to get the Bad Ending because I think it's hilarious. lol.
