FFIII (DS) directions...

Right so I am pretty sure it's in FFIII that there is one place you can go and buy like, any spell in the game...I just can't remember where that is for the life of me...anyone know?

I went looking around for your answer, but in FFIII some Spells can only be obtained from Treasure Chests, while others can be bought at a store.
