It's not coming to PSP, however if you install firmware and such you can get the original game on your PSP.

Uh, I believe you're thinking of Crisis Core which is on the PSP, the prequel to FFVII :/ FFVII is not going to be released for the PSP anytime soon (or ever) unless you do something like Derek mentioned.

Edit: Also, CC is already released in Japan, and it should be coming out in the U.S. sometime next March.
