Larsa. Enough said.
But I don't want to get reprimanded, so I don't get told to get the eff out. :P

He has infinite Hi-potions, quite handy in defeating Tiamat and Elder Wyrm. He has infinite X-potions as well. Again, quite handy when the going gets tough in any of those dungeons. >.>
He's also quite powerful, which leads me to wonder how a kid his gets those sword skills at.
 
Larsa, duh :P

I mean, he has his own hi-potions and x-potions ^^ Plus he deals a decent amount of damage, better than Reddas IMO
 
Larsa, He deals alot of Damage almost equal to my characters and he has infinate hi and x-potions what isnt there to love?

So Vossler, Larsa or Reddas?

I wasn't to fond of Vossler, though his telekenisis came in handy accross the to Sandsea's (those flying dragon things, can't remember what they're called, Burgen or something?)

I liked Larsa, and his infinite high-potions, pretty cool character.

Reddas was cool, apart from being a tight-ass and not having high-potions lol. Quite powerfull aswell.


Out of the three, I'd probably go with Larsa.
 
All of your guest characters immediately switched to Telekinesis when a flying opponent was confronted.

Ach, it's got to be Reddas for me, for the sake of his strength. Larsa just seemed like too much of a poofter for my liking - far too delicate and much less weak than my characters at any point. Vossler was good but the focus on his character was quite lost, until you found out his true intentions.

Also, Reddas and Gabranth had an epic scene together.
 
Reddas, he was well hard, although I did like Vossler. Where there only 3 throughout the game? I well thought there more more. haha oh well. Anyway, I did quite afew of the hunts while I still had |Reddas so I like had him ages and got really rather used to him

I prolly liked Lasrsa the least, there was just something baout him that always irritated me

Yeah I know, but at the time of crossing the sandsea when Vossler is with you, there's no chance of you having telekenisis at that point of the game, so you're forced to used ranged weapons or magick. Then again though, does Larsa leave before you have the chance to get to Nabudis?
 
Telekenisis is only available from Necrohol of Nabudis though. That's the only place you can buy it, secret room where that Bakamy merchant jumps out from behind a wall....it's not available in Rabanastre....

Definitely Vossler for me. Actually it was a toss-up between Vossler and Reddas, but from what I remembered, I felt much confident with Vossler around. Larsa was useful too, yes, but he died more than a few times and that really irked me. >.>
 
Well despite the fact that he died more than anyone in my main party, I'd have to say that Larsa was my favorite. His potions were a big help in battle, and saved me from having to cast cure when I needed to be fighting. He was pretty weak though.. I just liked that he healed me so much ^^
 
Vossler really wasn't much help for me at all(except for first demon wall), mainly because I had very high levels as it was, from the Dustia trick, and in doing the Dustia trick I had managed to require all 3 of Basch's and Vaan's quickening, and 2 of Ashe's - which easily disposed of both the Garuda and the esper. I didn't even have to attack any of them outside of quickenings.

My first play through I didn't do the Dustia trick, and when I had Vossler with me, I just used to keep casting "Beserk" on him (seeing as he doesn't help with curing etc) he came in pretty handy then lol.

Done the Dustia trick now on my second play through, got Vaan to level 38, and managed to get all 3 quickenings for every party member as soon as they joined...
 
Vossler was quite a strong character to use in the game but Larsa was more useful in my opinion, he was always healing my party with potions and stuff, I was gutted when he left the first time :sad:

I could have got all 3 of Ashe's quickenings, but i wanted to save some license points for later on for so when I had a rather large amount overall, I could get the quickening, along with with the stuff on the lower left of the license board where all the health, strength stuff, and the lores, etc.. are, which has helped a lot in the long run.
 
Big high five for Vossler.

Vossler was the only guest I found that actually got in my enemies faces and did damage with his weapon and his spell balance. He is also the guest who dosn't spend time throwing useless potions half the time.
 
IMO, I tie between Reddas and Larsa.

I liked Larsa because of the support he gave, the x-pots and all.

But then Reddas mainly because, he just pwned when you cast berserker and haste.
