Of all the main girls in the Final Fantasy series, who would be your favorite?

Haven't played II or III so I can't put those in the poll. Haven't played XII either but I'm pretty sure Ashe is the main girl. Correct me if I'm wrong.

No you're not wrong. I have to go with Ashe as well since she's the best main girl in the whole series. Sorry, Yuna.
 
I think I'm going to have to vote Rinoa. I didn't really use her much in the game, but I liked her character.

Really, I think Lightning is my favorite though :)
 
im Going to go with who i will always go for - whether it be battle of the girls favourite FF character - or favourite person to be with cloud - im going to go with Aerith Gainsborough :D

Edit - oh how lovely! Aeris poll bar is pink :D sorry i just had to point that out and share the joy.
 
I voted for Terra by the way. I just love her.

The reason that I didn't add Tifa in is because Aerith was more of the main girl than she was and had much more impact on the overall plot. I also had to chose Lenna and Terra over the other two possible candidates in their games because I felt that they were the main girls.

I'd say that Tifa is the second main girl though, but this poll is only meant for the main heroines.

No one's going to vote for Lenna. LOL!

Wow i love you.

Yes Aeris/th is the main character in FF7 - she saves the world (twice i might add) even though shes well dead. So yeah she is the moan cgarcter story-wise in FFVII and i think you could have put Terra and Celes as Terra was the main character in the world of balance and Celes was the main character in the world of ruin. Plus celes has a cape - which rules :D

I may have voted for Faris had she been on there, simply because she's a pirate. But Lenna just didn't do it for me, she was always being crazy and poisoning herself to save that silly dragon thing :)

Yeah, I was debating whether to put in Celes and Faris but I really wanted to have one girl from each of the games. And I didn't want to put any spoilers. The main reason why I didn't put Faris is because most people assume she is a man at first. But I guess I just now spoiled it lol! I figured that since Terra starts out as the main girl and most people are familur with her character, I'd put her in the poll. Celes is awesome though.

Yeah, I was kind of afraid of just putting Aerith in the poll because some Tifa fan is going to see it and be all pissed. But I figured that if Faris and Celes don't get to be in it, and they're more of main characters in their games than Tifa is in her's, then Tifa shouldn't be an exception.
 
I may have already posted on this page but i'm not sure so-
aerith/aeris all the way. and shoot, if some tifa fan wants to get angry and argue, go ahead, one more post for me to add when i argue w/ them.

i love you even more :D lol if some crazy tifa fan attacks you try calmly explaining that Aerith slightly overshadows her but if that fails mace them in there eyes and run! lol

I'm totally in love with Garnet as a character. It's gotta be her. She goes through so much crap in her life right from the start when her parents die in the Madain Sari accident and wit Brahne backstabbing her. Garnet is the bomb.
 
Well...let's review here.

Aerith played one of the best roles in any of the FFs. Sacrificing her life for the good of the world, and leaving the players breathless. She was kindhearted and full of hope.

Tifa was always more of a "friend to the end" in my eyes. She was there for her friends when they needed her, and her heart was full of ambition.

Rinoa...was a typical teenage girl who started a rebel group just to piss off her father. I didn't like her at all.

Garnet was probably the most head-strong heroine in the series. In fact...it's hard to look at her in the light of being a heroine, since she played such a significant roll in leading the way through the adventure.

Yuna was too soft spoken for my liking. She had so much to say, but no will to say it. She seemed too unsure of herself to handle things on her own.

And I can't really say much about Ashe, since...FFXII doesn't even apply as a regular FF in my eyes.


So my vote for best "main girl" goes to:

Aerith.
 
I vote for Yuna. Not the one from X-2! >.< I really enjoyed her character. A bit timid, yes, but I found her personality alluring. I especially like how she really makes it known how she despise Seymour (and his kiss, lol). That says a lot right there. She knows what she wants and doesn't want.
