Favorite Dish?

For those who have been playing and doing sidequests/hunts, do you guys actually find it necessary to eat during camp or stopping by at a local diner to eat? If so, what's your favorite dish to try - ones that raises HP, strength, defense? Or does it matter and eat toast instead?

I find myself eating before a big hunt/story...it helps me immensely. I actually do go out of my way to make sure I'm ready for camp before nightfall so Ignis can cook a meal for me.

Anyway, post your favorite dish!

I thought this was a food appreciation thread because the food in XV looks SO REAL and scrumptious. My favourite food in real life is Lasagna so I'm going with Maagho Lasagna. It also increases your exp by 100%.

I have only chosen to use food of my own accord a few times; mostly for post-game stuff. I'd rather get the EXP boosts from not camping.

That being said, I definitely agree with Lunafreya, I enjoy the lasagna the best. Partially because I too adore lasagna (I don't even know what half of the food in XV is, lol. I'm not very culinarily cultured), but also because I can use it to further increase my pool of EXP. I tend to level up in chunks, and that only makes the chunks bigger!

Mother and Child rice bowl has been my favorite to use, since I discovered it. +1000 HP, +30% Exp, and +50% chance for enemy item drops.

On top of that, I have some moogle charms equipped, so there's even a further bump in that experience gain (+20%).

I just discovered this one too. Gotta say, I'm loving it! It's also Noctis' favorite dish, so I get extra AP for serving it.

Saxham Rice


Just gotta stock up on chickatrice leg since I'm a little short.
