OK this has bugged me for absolutely ages. In Thunderbirds what does F.A.B. mean. Nobody i ask knows either? Come on, somebody must know!

According to Wiki:

The characters use the radio sign-off "F.A.B." rather than "Roger" or "Out". Anderson was often asked what F.A.B. stood for, but stated it in fact simply stood for "fab" (short for "fabulous"), a 1960s catchphrase.

Few peeps on the net also stated that it basically means "fabulous" - just like "over and out", except it's "Fab".

it usually isn't pronounced F.A.B. rather than just as one word Fab. Must be something else. Thunderbirds doesn't seem like the kind of show that uses Fabulous as a common phrase for it's show.

The thing is, they even explained that the word "Fab" was very popular at the time during the 60's. It's just an abbreviation for fabulous - doesn't really matter if it was pronounced F.A.B. or Fab. You basically get the idea nonetheless.

Not on the show (at least I don't think) but they did explain what it meant since so many people were curious about it.
