EXP bug error

I have -200% exp bonous which non of my equiped items caused it.,
I asked koloth to fix it, and he gave me dummy boots, which have 200% exp bonous to dis-effect the negative exp .
Now I have 0% bonouse , but the problem is that the dummy boots are extremly weak and all the creatures attack my character's legs and I lose too much HP because of it.
Also if I equip anyother boots, I will have the -200% exp.

someone please fix this.

I'll check your RPG Account directly through the ACP.

Please tryremoving all equipment from your character and reequipping them. If that doesn't solve anything, I'll try to manually adjust your stats. I am in the ACP right now, give me 5 minutes, maybe more maybe less.

I checked your profile and found nothing strange, so it must be problem with one of the files....

It is a bug with Inferno. I ran into this problem, on another forum, with a user of mine. It is usually caused by deleting an item that he equipped.
 
This can't be
I removed all the equiped equipments and it still was there.
 
Unfortunately, you will always need an item with the +200 exp bonus. Let me know if you change anything with your other items.
