I'm confused with the relation of EVA vs. DEX. I have 300 DEX, so when I fight a monster with 240 or 250 EVA I should hit him most of the time right? How come when I fight Ultimate Weapon I miss almost every hit? If you could tell me why or fix any problem there might be I would appreciate it ;)
 
If you are using dual weld, the chance of missing is higher. So even if your DEX may be higher than opponent's EVA does you still have a greater chance of missing with dual weld. Also your weight can be a factor. If your weight (the item weight verses your STR) is close to max, you can miss a lot too.

DANGIT!!! I have to have these swords but together they 2080 plus I would like to have armor.... Dangit what should I do?
 
Hmm, you need to decrease your weight somehow. You might have better luck with one sword.
 
Or, get a 2 handed sword instead. I think I could get you a buster sword if you paid for it...
 
Ya maybe that's why you kept missing the Yu pagodas.
Well if you equip a ring and a large broadsword, or just Huge sword, you would hit more often.
