Edea's House Question

I'm stuck here the walk through says:

Now head over to Edea's House, which can be found at the southwest tip of the
Centra Continent. This is only to get you nearby the hostile Galbadia Garden,
floating above a near forest. Save your game, then ram it.

I tried ramming right into it w/ Garden but nothing and I tried walking it and it says:
This is edeas house...blah blah blah...I feel something big is nearby what do i have to do
 
So you just need to fight Galbadia Garden now, right? Just ram into the garden, not Edea's house.

galbadia garden should be like, directly behind edeas house, in the forest area, once you go near it, you should trigger a cut scene

I'm pretty sure you just... head towards the other Garden... over the forest.

Can't be sure though, not played the game fer an age.
 
Lol yeah how stupid am i...but good thing i had time to wait for people to post i got to draw/refine thundaga/firaga/and blizzaga to everybodies magic

I heard of people getting a glitch in the pc version where the try to ram the garden and nothing happens. For a moment readin this thread I thought you were having the same problem. LOL have fun playing FF8 now that you figured this out. I had a hard time finding that damn white seed ship. but thats another story.
 
the first time i played, i didnt understand whats going on either...and for some reason the game crashed when i tried to enter the house many times.....so i thought my cd was ruined xD. thank god i ran into the garden after some resets
