I seen people how have Double posted and it's really getting annoying. There was even one guy who even TRIPLED posted which is so bad. These people will proberly make a bad reputation to the forum. Can't you do anything to stop this happening?

You say it as if some of us can help not double posting :rolleyes: Lay off the double posters, they'er probably annoyed already with their slow systems as it is without you moaning about it.
 
This happens because the internet sometimes lags. And this forum is quite heavy and slow. It happened to me one in other forum.
 
Ever heard of reporting someone? Or PMing a mod to sort a problem out? We do miss things sometimes, so be a dear, help us mods, and actually report a double/triple poster if you see them around.
 
There is a rather simple solution to double posting. Just use the edit button! It's fast and simple to use.

The reason double posting is not tolerable is because it increments your post count unfairly. On a spam forum or non-post count forum, it doesn't really have much of a significance, but for a post count forum, it will cause problems.

Another suggestion for this would be to install a hack that will prevent a member from posting in the same thread until someone else has posted.
 
Well, I don't think the standard vBulletin code has that feature in it yet. You would probably need a fair amount of knowledge in coding to do this. I have access to administrator permissions though.

and most of these kids are spammers with no class .Spams good and all but the way you guys do it , it makes you look like fucking idiots .
 
It does get really annoying. I see frequent double and triple posters. If it's a n00b, I'd ask them not to because it's "frowned upon", then if they continue, I report them nicely.

If it's a normal member, I just report, as most of the mods here on FFF will tell you :lol:
 
Personally I don't mind, I don't care for post counts. I've seen no other forum on the internet (and I've been on quite a fair few) that actually has such a problem with double-posting.
