It depends of Doomsday's speed.

Well, I have an opinion and mind outside of mass fanboyism.
It really doesn't but his speed was compared to the Flash's.

Flash's normal speed, or his potential speed(Speed-Force and etc.)? Because Chaos Vincent and Omega Weiss are so fast they can "disappear", and fight like the characters in DBZ(we only saw the shockwaves of their punches). Sephiroth using his true power have the same speed, or is faster than them.
If Sephiroth have the time to think, he could become intangible and be immune to Doomsday's attacks, or hold him in place with his telekinesis.
Sephiroth used his true speed in Advent Children.
Nothing suggests he could become faster unless he achieved his goal of completely conquering and using the Planet's entire energy. Which he never did so it's irrelevant.
Intangibility be useless. Doomsday has adapted to beat beings made of pure energy. He'd adapt to beat a being who isn't tangible.
TK, when did Seph even have that? And Doomsday is definitely physically strong enough to get out of it.
i have never heard of doomsday and judging by the pic he dosent look fast but he does look strong yet dumb if you want to prove me wrong post a vid of him killing superman

The creators said he was just playing with Cloud. He wasn't using his full power, or strength, or speed. It was just a game to him.
The true Sephiroth(using his full potential) is above any character in the FFVII universe, as stated by the creators.
In the core of the world(before Bizarro) he lifted Avalanche in the air and begun to crush their bodies. And when they tried to aproach him, a green ring pushed them back, many times.
He used it in AC too, to destroy the top of the Shinra building.
