Ok, after some discussion, we're going to go ahead and close this. It's really not fair to other suspended members if one is allowed to post, especially due to whatever the issue with permissions ends up being. So. With that.

Still unable to fix the issue then. Thought I did..

Problem is that when I created the Survivor usergroup, it was a duplicate of the Suspended usergroup (due to that they are pretty similar) so I wouldn't have to create an entire usergroup from scratch. (That would've taken a few hours). All I had to do was just edit per forum permissions, but one tiny variable is causing it to act up, and I can't figure out what that is. Remember when Hal was able to post in the Survivor board when he got banned about a month ago and I had to fix that? Issue is similar to that except reverse.
