My doctor tells me that you need to drink a certain amount of water each day. (0.70 ounces multiplied by your body weight to be precise.)
So I need to drink 71 ounces of water each day.

So I've been chugging at least four 17oz bottles of water each day. It's easy to drink water, but...with all the water that you ingest by drinking 0.70 ounces of water multipied by your body weight...you're peeing practically all day long.

I just drank one 17 ounce bottle of water like 15 minutes ago, and I've already gone to the bathroom three times.
The frequent leaks usually gives me a reason not to drink water during the day while I'm out and about.

Does anyone else get their fair share of water on a daily basis?

No, I haven't had any water in about a week, and that was Propel. I am an unhealthy sumbitch.

For some reason I thought this topic was asking if I got enough air. lol Dumb.

I drink a lot of water. Who knows if it's enough... but it's as much as I'm gonna drink. My body knows what it needs so I'm going to give it whatever it wants. lol It usually wants good things anyhow. My body is smart. :D And big in the right areas ;)

My breasticles are totally propotional.
Except for the right one, which is bigger and frequently overshadows the left one and leaves the left one feeling sad and full of discrace.

LOL, i thought the same as Aztec, about air...

But if you think about it, everything you drink has water in it, so basically, your getting water no matter what you drink.

Soda has water in it too, but it's also full of lots of ucky stuff that's bad for you. Soda is horrible for your kidneys!

I'm pretty sure it's alchohol that's bad for your kidneys. Soda's just bad for you cause it has so much sugar.

Actually the Caffeine in soda is believed to cause the body to loose fluid to quickly which leads to the formation of Kidney Stones. Oooouchh. >_<

You forgot to add that the carbonation expands your stomach and makes you eat more than before. ;D

I usually have an over abundance of water in my diet. I have to get my blood sugar checked once a week, just to make sure I don't over do the water. I hardly drink anything else. Even if I did, it's usually water based, like Tea or Hot Cocoa. On occasion I have a Soda.

I think I drink the necessary amount a day. Usually I'll drink close to a gallon a day and that's always at night.

Did you know that if you drink too much water at a time, it will kill you?

Go look at the College Hazing and the Mother who was trying to win a Wii.

I think we have discovered this a while ago.

Yeah that's exactly what happened. People even called into say it was dangerous but they still had the competition.

It's true. My father is a religious soda drinker. Nothing but coke and coffee on a daily basis, and he's suffered from kidney stones numerous times. The doctor said the same thing as you did right here in this quote!

what does water have to do with blood sugar?? =x

When you intake a sugary substance, it is absorbed into the blood. And since water has no sugar....

It cleans out the blood by carrying the sugar out of your system. =D

If you eat healthy and drink a lot of water, you can have very little blood sugar. =/

That is horrible. I frequently have dizzy spells and pass out if I don't have some kind of sugar or food substance for too long. I'm going to the doctor for blood tests this week actually, but I think it's non-diabetic hyperglycemia.
Perhaps all this water intake isn't a good thing for me. o_O
