Why am i asking so listen to a real strange story i have to tell.

Here in greece were i stay the last 14 years they told me after i get Pregnant i should be carefull at night because untill the baby gets 40 days 3 Spirits will come to visit the new born.Thats why the newborn after 24 or 25 days shoud go to the church so the priest can say some words for the baby to good.
the point is in 3 nights i feelt something real strange in the room my kid sleept.I cant explain it was like one time something hot and than something cold went through me.It was like wow what happend now.
The next morning my son had this 3 points on his arm(like a mosquitto bit him). The day we went for the 40 day to church the were gone just like that.

Second i never known the Grandpa of my kids but one night i'm shure that i've seen him kissing my kids.(He died about 10 before they were born).

Well thats all if someone of you has feelt something like that or has got other experience like that or different so just tell me your story or tell do you believe in Angels.

I do and i'm shure we all have an Angel looking out for us.

I actually do believe in them. Not sure if its angels or just spirits. But sometimes you get that feeling of someone else's presence. Sometimes it's humbling, sometimes it's creepy.

Perhaps they are "guardians", dead relatives or such, who are still looking out for us. Perhaps they are there to make sure we follow our destiny in life. Well, if there is one.

I toatly belive in angles. I have not seen one in real life but i have seen then numerous times in my dreams( i know it sound weird but ya)

There is nothing weird about it felling spirits or angels near makes me feel very good and sometimes safe.

I can honestly say that I do not believe in Angels. As beautiful an idea as it is, and as much as I've love for such things to be true, I just can't buy into it. Sure, there's certainly many strange things that go on, often unexplainable, but, at the end of the day, it's all too far-fetched for my liking.

I don't see this as much of a "Religious" Debate, so I'm going to pop it over to the "Ye Olde ..." section.

I believe in angels... Aside from all the sightings and wierd accurances it comforts me to think my dad, and grandpa may be looking over me. I really hope/wish that my dad and pa have seen my daughter grow up like she has. You can choose to not believe in spirits if you like but what comfort does that bring? Even if you don't believe you should always have hope :D

Not the type of angel you're thinking of. The very idea of that God's messengers are immortal, winged human beings is nonsensical and goes against the basis of Christianity, so I'm saying no here.

I believe in something watching over us. We dont know all the answers and who can say they dont excist? Im not saying you must believe in them, not at all. Everyone has something they believe in and angels happen to be one of mine. I believe we all have guardian angels watching over and guiding us.

I should think my very presence here would speak more than my beliefs.

As for you, Adamant, I'm not sure which Bible you are reading when you speak of Christianity child, but you may want to consider re-reading it. A firm knowledge of both Koines and Attic Greek as well as Hebrew would probably aid you in your understanding of the basis of Christianity.

Or better yet, don't do so, and we'll meet soon enough.

I have what I would call it optimistic, yet agnostic, view towards angels. A large part of me wants to believe that there is indeed angels (along with a God), but another part of me says that the whole idea of God and angels just doesn't logically make sense. And then, of course, that first part tells me that it doesn't need to make sense, to which the only response the second half has at that point is to take a few, well placed, swings at the first part hoping he'll shut the hell up.

I guess you could say I'm torn. I don't really know for sure, and while part of me wants to believe, the other part just won't.

Turn...hmmm...you're the kind of person I tend to like.

Of course the ideas of God and His angels make no logical sense. If they did make logical sense, how would they in any way test your faith?

No one is testing your "faith." You're just embarked on an exercise in making yourself believe something that isn't true, in the vain hope that you will someday "win" by killing the nagging doubt that you will cease to exist upon death.

The only devils are the human beings who cut a bloody swath through history in the name of faith. The only angels are the human beings who defy the demonic horde.

Hm but how you exlplaine that i have seen the grand father of my sons without knowing him,and i'm 100 % shure that it was him.
Or that sometimes if my boys are in pain or trubles i can feel my Mother, without thinking of her at all that moment.?
Or an other example here in Greece there is a point at the see were some years a ship got lost and many peoples died.Every moment a nother ship is coming around this point some damage is happend on that ship?

Delusion, superstition and a great deal of self deceit.

No one is testing your faith, as you obviously don't have any.

Not that this makes you any better or worse, except it makes you highly inept in understanding the faith of others, as posts like this only go to illustrate.

About one Year ago now my older son came to me in the morning and he told me
I'VE GOT A STRANGE DREAM TODAY,THERE WERE 2 PEOPLE AND THEY WERE ME TRYING TELLING ME THAT TODAY I SHOULD NOT GO THERE WERE THE rOAD IS GOING DOWNSTAIRS.
