Disturbance in the Rift

The rift system is experiencing a disturbance that has brought some hellish monsters into Gaia. To start sub-quest, talk to Koloth in the Rifts. You will learn that you need to retrieve a key to help end the disturbance. But, there is a also the Dark Lord Culex. As for Culex, the boss was designed by Adamant. He also created a rather nice NPC of Culex, that I advice you talk to before you attempt to fight Culex. Also, you cannot team fight Culex. It is a solo fight.

Requirements:

Level 60
completed The Introduction to the Abyss

Spoilers Koloth, spoilers! :P I didn't say too much about my areas, because I want players to see it for themselves. :dave: But I did mention the requirements, so there would be no confusion there.

I can imagine Koloth's areas being insane, you all better be prepared for a rough journey through his places. xP
 
Before I go anywhere, is Roda Volcano exit on the map? I just beat that damn Ice Golem thing and I don't want to have to do those damn bombs again :ffs:
 
I can't go to Disturbances In the Rift for some reason. I put the key into the statue and all I get is a white screen when I go to the area.
 
I fought the Culex a few hours ago and I got to say that it wasn't easy. It is the hardest boss I've fought in the RPG so far do to it's spells. It was a worthy boss to fight with. You did a fine job with your section Koloth. Keep up the good work!
 
Koloth put it together very well, but I'm sure he won't mind my mentioning that Adamant contributed quite a bit to this, having the idea for that Culex boss battle and the NPC itself.

So credit given where it's due, they both put those areas together very well, Adamant contributing with some of the ideas for it. :monster: I admit I incorporated one of his suggestions for a boss into my areas too, but other than that it came directly from my own mind. :wacky:
 
The storyline was mine. Well it was taken from a theme done in some games. Which is what this game's original premise was supposed to be. The design of the boss, was Adamant's along with the NPC of Culex. Which you notice, I mentioned in first post. Also, there is nothing wrong with using player's input. As long as you state it. :)
 
Sorry, didn't notice ya mention it in the first post. ^^; No problem there though right? Just an innocent mistake of an oversight. xP

I don't believe my post credited Adamant for anything he wasn't responsible for, just that Culex boss battle and the NPC, and mentioned that he gave an idea for one of the bosses in my Glacial Mountains areas. :P
