OOC: THE RP THREAD! Sorry I didn't get it up before, IRL being annoying and such. Onwards!

IC: "This world rarely changes. We have times of peace, and times of anarchy. The Emperor with his black spires, Devimon with the dark gears, Myotismon and his minions, The four Dark masters; So many tyrants, yet each time they were thwarted by the Digidestined, though in the Emperor's case he became one. What would happen if a new threat arose? One with power aided by a tamer once more?"

Boy decked out in green and blue. Spiky green hair. Stuck in the digital world. Partner digimon: Kunemon. Digivice color: green.

That pretty much summed up Nida. Traveling across the digital world with Kunemon generally around his neck, not counting fighting, he has earned the notice of dark Digimon. Not that that meant much: as a human in the digital world that was not a conqueror, he was a Digidestined, though he didn't realize it. All he knew was that he was trapped in this world with his partner, and dark forces sought his destruction for no apparent reason.

Life's a bitch.

Here he was now, running for his life from a large amount of Bakuman. Ghost Digimon that generally inhabited haunted mansions, Nida and Kunemon stumbled across them in a dark forest. And here they were being chased.

"Gotta keep running, gotta keep running!" Nida kept chanting this to himself as he sped across the grassy plain. "Why did you have to use Electro thread on them, Kunemon?!?" The insect-like Digimon around his neck replied with indignation in his voice. "How was I supposed to know they would get mad?" "YOU ATTACKED THEM FOR NO REASON! Man, I hate that this happens to us.... SOMEONE OUT THERE MIND LENDING A HAND?" This last part was shouted to the surrounding countryside.

OOC: You currently have the ability to digivolve to champion. No farther. In Oblivion's case, you can only use the Digi-egg of courage and digivolution to champion.
 
OOC: I'm sure you meant Bakemon

Stephen was lay on the ground in the Digital world, his partner agumon was lay next to him. "so Agumon, I'm stuck here, what is there to do?" he questioned smirking "not much really" Agumon replied as the pair sat up at the same time, looking around Stephen noticed a boy Fleeing a Bakemon, Stephen watched as the boy cried out for help, Stephen held his Digivice up towards the digimon and read all the information about it.

"Hey Agumon, how about some Champion for breakfast?" Stephen asked smirking Agumon looked up at him "Bakemon are fairly tough, so lets do this" Agumon replied, also smiling. Stephen reached into his card deck and pulled out a card with a fireball in the center "Power digi-modification" Stephen announced as he slid the card through the side of his Digivice. "Hell yea" Agumon announced as he charged forward towards the Bakemon Stephen following behind.

as they got close enough Agumon unleashed his Pepper breath attack hitting the Bakemon in the back, it spun around and snarled at him Stephen strode over and stood next to Agumon, and the Bakemon floated back, almost as though it was scared of Stephen and Agumon, Stephen smirked as he pulled out a blue card from his deck, "Leave, now" Stephen announced Bakemon glared at him and then spun to face the other tamer "I'll be back for you" it announced before floating away.

Stephen then looked at the other tamer as did Agumon. Stephen's attire was strange similar to that of a Wargreymon's armour, without the Dramon Claws and helmet. Stephen looked at the boy with a sense of disappointment in his eye "your a Digimon Tamer, you should be able to take down a weak Bakemon like those that dwell in the forest" he announced
 
Zane looked at his computer screen, Holding up his digivice.

Well, it looks about time to leave this world for a while. Digi-Gate, ACTIVATE!

Zane when through his computer, into the digital world. He landed with a thud, and looked around. It was the desert.

Veemon, are you here?
Yes I am, how have you been? It's been quite some time since you came to visit.
Well, it's been rough, wish you would've came with me this time, but nevertheless, we're together now. What have you been up to?
Been traveling as always, ran into some trouble, but my Veeheadbutt got me out of it.
Good, so where are we off to now? Did you keep the digiegg safe? I still need to scan it into my digivice so you can armor digivolve again.
Finally, I will be big and strong again!

Veemon handed Zane the digiegg of courage. Zane took his digivice and held it in one hand, and lifted the egg with the other.

Armor Digivolution activate!

Veemon digivolved into Flamdramon.

How're you feeling?
Feeling good.

Flamdramon dedigivolved back into Veemon.

Where are we off to now?
Somewhere, anywhere.

And off they went, walking through the desert.
 
Nida stopped as an Agumon appeared and scared off the Bakemon. A tamer appeared alongside the Agumon, and told the Bakemon to leave. Which it did. Nida turned to to his rescuer who mentioned that he should've been able to take out a Bakemon on his own since he was a tamer as well.

"Yeah, well, normally, I would, except for two reasons. The first being my digivice is a bit screwy at the moment, and sometimes when I try to digivolve Kunemon here he changes into his in-training state." Nida and Kunemon both made a face. That was NOT a fun experience. "The other reason is the pyscho here who pissed off the Bakemon in the first place didn't want to digivolve."


Kunemon spoke up now. "I could take him, that Agumon did!" Nida sighed. "A. That Agumon was powered by a digi-modify card, i'm guessing a power card. Which is not the type of digivolution we work with. B. HOW MANY TIMES HAVE I TOLD YOU? We. Do not. Fight champions. At rookie level." Kunemon pouted. "I bet I could've taken him..." Nida snorted. "Psh, yeah, and then I'd have to drag your body to a safe place and let you rest for a week. Just like with that Tyrannomon..." Kunemon rose up indignantly. "You promised you wouldn't bring that up again!"

Nida chuckled. Always fun to tease his partner. Kunemon chuckled along with him, at least reluctantly. "Sorry, conversations get long with this little guy here." Nida reached up and rubbed the top of Kunemon's head. "My name's Nida, and this feisty little insectoid fellow is my partner, Kunemon. What's your name?"
 
Stephen folded his arms and couldn't believe the fact that this tamer couldn't help his Partner Digivolve in the correct way. Stephen didn't find this funny, and neither did Agumon "The names Stephen, and this" Stephen announced looking down at Agumon "is Agumon" Stephen added smirking. Agumon looked up at Stephen and smiled "I'll take it from here" he added.

Agumon took a couple of steps forward and looked up at Nida and Kunemon "you were wrong by the way" Agumon stated "the reason the Bakemon fled wasn't because of the power-up card, which you got right, but the reason the Bakemon ran is because of this" he announced as he glanced over his shoulder to Stephen, who held up a bright blue card.

"this is a champion card, or blue card as Stephen calls it, it allows me to digivolve into my Champion level Digimon whenever needed" Agumon finished his explanation as Stephen slid the Card back into his deck and smiled "I take it your new to the Digital world?" Stephen asked Nida.
 
Dave was walking through a fairly dark forest with his partner, Gabumon. He and Gabumon met for the first time just a few days ago, so they were still getting used to each other. He was hearing things off in the distance, but he figured it would happen in a dark forest, so he ignored them.

".... or blue card as Stephen calls it, it allows me to digivolve into my Champion level Digimon whenever needed. I take it your new to the Digital world?"

"That sounds like Agumon!" Gabumon said, and started to run forward.

"Wait. It could be a trap. Be ready for it."

He cleared away some debris from the path, then spotted a pair of kids with a pair of digimon with them. He was really cautious, so as he approached them, he kept his hand in his right pocket, within easy reach of his digivice.

"What do we have here? More trouble, or just a group looking to stay out of trouble?"

Stephen spun around as he heard this, smirking "Not unless you are looking for it" Stephen replied as he slid a power-up card from his deck on the sly. "GABUMON!!!" Stephen's Announced in a joyful tone, Stephen glanced down and noticed the Gabumon stood by the new boy's legs.

"So Gabbs, you finally found yourself a Tamer eh?" Stephen joked with a smirk Stephen had known Gabumon since he was a Fresh Digimon, as him and Agumon had hatched together, Stephen had met Gabumon when he got his Agumon. and Agumon and Gabumon were friends from the beginning.

OOC: Hope you don't mind about that Cardiac, i figured since your Gabumon Stated that Agumon was close by
 
Nida watched as a Gabuman ran up and hugged Stephen. Anyone who was friends with digimon wasn't an enemy. A man ran up, asking if they were looking for trouble. Kunemon rose up and started to speak. "What's it to you, -" Nida spoke with authority. "Kunemon, shut up. You've done enough today." Kunenom stopped mid-sentence and fell quiet. "No, we are not looking for trouble. If we were, we would have attacked you by now."

Nida turned towards Stephen. "As an answer to your question, no, I'm not new. It's just my digivice has broken, and I need to get it fixed." Nida fished around in his pocket and brought it up. It looked a bit battered from the normal wear and tear, but otherwise seemed normal. A bright green, it looked a bit different from the digivice that Stephen wielded. "I believe the problem is internal. Unfortunately, I don't know anyone who knows how to fix it, so I'm stuck with the problem."
 
OOC: not a problem snow.

IC: "So Gabbs, you finally found yourself a Tamer eh?" "What's it to you, -"

"Your digimon has a bit of an attitude problem, eh? Make sure you keep a close eye on him...he might get hurt."

"Yeah, I found this guy looking a bit lost and confused, so I figured I'd help him out. Keeping out of trouble guys?"

Dave, seeing as how these people were not going to fight him, took his hand out of his pocket, since there was no real danger present. He figured these guys were cool, and maybe they could help him understand.

"So, uh...can someone tell me what's going on?"
 
Nida pocketed his digivice and turned towards the tamer with Gabumon. "Kunemon has always been like that. I've been trying to help him with it, but to no avail." "I still don't see it as a problem..." "Quit sulking, your the reason we fight 7/8 of the time." Nida turned back to the forest.

"Well at least we don't have to deal with them anymo- Oh, COME ON!" Popping out of the forest were three Bakemon, who seemed very annoyed, and twice the size of the last Bakemon, and a Phantomon.

Nida sighed. "We're not backing these ones off. Looks like we gotta fight. Your digivolving now, Kunemon." "Right!" Kunemon launched himself off Nida's shoulder as Nida brought out his digivice. A green glow surrounded his hand. "Digisoul charge!" Bringing his hand down on top of it, the glow was sucked into the digivice, and a bright light shone out to envelop Kunemon.

"Kunemon digivolve to... Kuwagamon!" As the light died, in Kunemon's place in the air was the gigantic red insect, Kuwagamon. Kuwagamon charged forward towards the Bakemon, who charged right back, while the Phantomon remained behind.

OOC: You don't have to follow the show like I did. Digivolve in your own way. Also:

Go after the Bakemon first. They're champions, and can be handled one on one. We'll have to work together against Phantomon, an ultimate.

Also, for those of you who were wondering/caring, I said digisoul and not DNA as I prefer the Japanese version of season five over the american version.
 
Stephen smiled as the Digimon Charged from the forrest, "Agumon, you ready?" he asked as he stepped forward, and folded his arms, "So be it mate" Stephen added, as he pulled the blue card out of his Card deck. "Digimodify, Digivolution" Stephen shouted as Sparks flew between the Digivice and the card.

"Agumon Digivolve toooooo" Agumon shouted as Agumon's body fell appart in little chunks, and Began reforming into a different, larger dinosaur with three Big Horn. "GeoGreymon!!!!" it then added. Stephen smiled as he pulled two cards from his deck and looked at them "a Speed and a Strength Power-up" he muttered before pulling the one with the moving man card and slid it through his Digivice "Digimodify, Speed Power-up" he announced as GeoGreymon gave off a yellow glow for a couple of seconds before chargin at one of the Bakemon head first, unleashing a viscios Headbutt as he got in range.

As GeoGreymon unleashed the viscious attack, Stephen glanced over at Gabumon and smirked "Hey Gabbs, lets see if you and your Tamer are any good" Stephen announced smirking.

Zane and Veemon arrived at a forest.

Wow, this is, interesting. A big forest in the middle of a desert.
I wonder if there are some other digimon in there.
We aught to go check it out. You want to?
Yeah! The nice cool forest beats the desert any day.

Veemon charged into the forest, Zane running after him.

They ran for around 5 minutes, then Veemon stopped.
Shhh! I hear a battle raging!

Augumon digivolve too... Geogreymon!

It's, it's...
Geogreymon, yeah I know. You think we can take him?
Yes, I think we can at least.
Well, I think you should digivolve now.
Good idea.

Zane held up his digivice

Armor digivolution!
Veemon started changing, growing bigger.

Veemon digivolve to, Flamedramon!

Lets go!

They charged though the forest, Flamedramon carrying Zane.
They arrived and saw Geogreymon and some other digimon.

Time to heat things up!

 
As the battle between GeoGreymon and the Bakemon raged on, Stephen noticed a Flamedramon bursting out of the forrest carrying it's tamer, this brought a smirk onto Stephen's Face. "Another digidestined, sweet" Stephen thought to himself as the Bakemon that GeoGreymon was taking on fled, Stephen pulled a power card from his Deck "Digimodify - Power" Stephen shouted as he slid the card through his Digivice, GeoGreymon unleashed a fear inducing Roar and then looked forth at the Phantomon.

"Mega Flame" Geogreymon announced as he spewed a Giant Fireball at the Phantomon who, using his scythe, Stopped the attack before it hit "you think one champion shall be strong enough to defeat me" the Phantomon announced before releasing a demonic laugh.
 
As Dave saw the enemies appear, he froze up. He was scared and didn't know what to do. He saw Agumon digivolve and take out the Bakemon, but had trouble against the Phantomon. Reaching into his pocket, he pulled out his digivice.

"Do it."
"Gabumon, digivolve to...........Garurumon."

"you think one champion shall be strong enough to defeat me"

"Let's see how well another one works then."

Dave turned to Garurumon and nodded. At the nod, Garurumon ran forward to attack the Phantomon. Dave watched almost helplessly as his digimon ran into the fray. "Howling Blaster" Garurumon called, as a blue flame came from his mouth, heading for the Phantomon.

OOC: Please note that it has been too many years since I watched the show, and have no idea how his attack looks anymore.
 
Stephen glanced over at dave as him and Garurumon join the battle "thats the way to do it" he announced as he turned his gaze back to Phantomon "GeoGreymon, NOW" he shouted and GeoGreymon turned "mega flame" GeoGreymon announced as it fired another huge ball of fire at Phantomon.

GeoGreymon's attack fused with Garurumon's and they both hit Phantomon, knocking him back, Stephen smiled and clenched his fists "come on Guy's, if we work together we can win this" he announced.
 
OOC: Bit slow on my part. Time to make up for it.

IC: "TRAP SCISSORS" Kuwagamon had appeared behind the Phantomon and caught it in his powerful mandibles. Phantomon struggled, as the attack had a bit of power behind it to hurt the digimon. However, there was a bigger goal. "HIT HIM NOW WHILE HE CAN'T DODGE!" Nida called out to the other tamers.

Flashback to Kuwagamon's fight with Bakemon

"POWER GUILLOTINE!" Kuwagamon roared this out as his mandibles snapped closed on the Bakemon, shooting it back from the pain. Bakemon responded with its own attack, Zombie Claw. Undead hands shot out of it's arm-like areas, only to be nimbly dodged by Kuwagamon. Long experience in the digital world had made quite a few fights predictable. "End it quickly, we gotta help the others against Phantomon!"

Kuwagamon didn't answer with anything but a grunt. The Bakemon rushed forward, hoping to strike from closer, only Kuwagamon charged forward as well. Kuwagamon, being more experienced, hit first. "SCISSORS CLAW!" Kuwagamon's claws came up and slashed the Bakemon, and it turned into a data, the digi-egg dropping to the ground.

"Nice! Now go pin Phantomon!" Kuwagamon rushed off to do it.

As kuwagamon grabbed the Phantomon, GeoGreymon unleashed another Mega flame, Striking it in the chest, causing it to screech out before bursting into small chunks of Data. Stephen preformed a fist pump to show his joy in the fight ending with a win. he then spun around to face Stephen "that was easy" he announced before emitting a yellow glow.

when the glow had vanished, GeoGreymon had returned to his Rookie Stage, Agumon. Stephen smiled and patted agumon on the head "Good work Agumon" he muttered causing Agumon to smile "Thanks" he replied with joy in his voice.

Stephen turned to face the others "So, Seems as were all on the same, lets kill the Four rulers of the Digital world, page" Stephen announced "I'm Stephen, This Is Agumon, and you guys are?"

OOC: Digi Eggs appear in the nursery area of the Digital world, unless their partner digimon. and sorry for ending the fight, im sick of fighting it.
 
Dave was happy when he saw Kuwagamon grab the Phantomon, then GeoGreymon finish it off. He slid his digivice pack into his pocket, then looked at Garurumon. As Dave looked, Garurumon let off a loud howl, then digivolved back into Gabumon. Dave ran up to his partner and gave him a high-five.

"That was great work bud."

"So, Seems as were all on the same, lets kill the Four rulers of the Digital world, page. I'm Stephen, This Is Agumon, and you guys are?"

"I'm Dave, and this is Gabumon, though it seems like someone already knows him." Dave said, looking over at Stephen.
 
Stephen smiled as dave made his comment, he glanced over and saw that that the Flamedramon still hadn't Degenerated to it's Rookie for Veemon, Stephen thought this was strange, but then again Kuwagamon was still kuwagamon so whatever. Stephen turned to face dave smiling "Yea, me and Gabumon have known each other a while, i wondered why i hadn't seen him, it's good to know he has a tamer now, and able to digivolve to" Stephen said as he patted Agumon on the head. "I Still can't find a way to get to ultimate, Agumon has been able to get into champion for ages now" Stephen adde smirking and Scratching the back of his head.
 
Zane and Flamedramon watched as the other tamers were talking.

They keep looking over at us, you think we should go over and talk to them?
Wait for them to talk to us, we should study them first, make sure they're not a threat to us. Last thing we want is a battle.
Should I stay in my armor digivolution then?
Yes, we should stay on the safe side, that Kuwagamon still is in champion form.
Whatever you say.

Flamedramon and Zane waited, and watched the other tamers. One of them noticed him. The one with the Kuwagamon.

The one tamer with the Kuwagamon is looking at us, be prepared.
