Diamond Armlet

You can actually get it from many places. The Dalmasca Westersand, at the Tchita Uplands right on a cliff, or from the "Unlucky" merchant in Southbank Village in the Estersands. I don't know where in the game you are now at, but if it's not in any of those places, just progress in the story further and come back later.
