Rape through verbal means..
It's always struck me as odd that verbal threats land you a ticket to jail, when essentially not verbally assaulting someone just keeps the 'victim' from keeping their guard up.
Ahh contemporary life... it's a new age contradiction. Justice is just selfish revenge sometimes..
I define rape as unwanted sexual activity through physical means.
I once knew a guy who got into a heated argument with his wife. At the peak of it, he said "I pay the bills, I'll burn the damn house down if I want"
Of course he was just very angry at the time, and wasn't going to. But the cops were called for a domestic dispute and the man is doing 4 years bc of tht threat.
That's why all tht 'verbal' stuff can kiss my ass. It's one of the biggest flaws of our so-called 'justice system'.
I don't agree upon verbal threats, sexually or any other form. It has the ability to stir intimidation. But what a man says and what he does are two different things that other men shouldn't have the right to determine.
Of course with all this, I'm talking specifically about systematic justice.
But a man reaps what he sows- a rapist runs short of karma really fast_ their brains are ticking time bombs that eventually destroy themselves
