I still have to add glare spots to the orb, and brighten it a bit . Also look over any minor flaws I may have skimmed over(I'm a hasty bastard).

Can I say some thing please!??

1-, the orb is totally out of the BG, I mean, all the effects are behind it. try to add some of these effects in front of it, but with lower transparency.

2- The glowness around the orb is dead, because of it's color.

3- The logo in the middle of it, add a spherization effect to it. A bit of the effect makes it look more real.


4- You mentioned about the glares. I suggest to add some reflections with lights and darkness to the orb(middle and the edges with swirlled lights and the rest with dark colors. preferrly color burn or overly)

I like the way you have chosen the mix of yellow and purple. the best choice ever

I like it because it manages to look both like an evil eye and a weapon of massive doom.

I think RPing too much makes me see it that way.

I think I prefer the Green/Blue one better, the colors are more...calming, and less intense than the purple/yellow one.

Both are fantastic, however

I like the second version better. Like Aerith said, it seems more calming and easier to look at. Hmm, would be better if the orb was somewhat lightened or something though. Just to give off that "glare" effect.
