are we going to be able to craft/wield any weapon. ive been putting skill points in my wielding skill so i can make some weapon. but when i tried to make some weapon, it require wielding skill to be 999 after i chose enough component to use so just wondering if its a waste of point to put it in wielding or not. i know you can make some gauntlet with 20 wielding skill but was wondering about weapons. thanks

The components that have the 20 welding skill etc, those items are just reccomended since you get a boost to the weapons/armour that are shown there. So you could still make a longsword or an axe etc. And if you take advantage of the combine component, you get greater effects (though you need for welding for that) and if anything you can keep welding to boost the welding level.
Before crafting weapons or armour, view the stats the component has to offer. If it gives good Defence use that component to craft a piece of armour. Also, if the component gives a boost in a particular item type, it's advisable to craft it into that. You can also combine components to form better ones. Just remember though, crafted items cannot give you player stat bonuses like other items do.
