can anyone tell me the easiest way to gt high arcanas?

Get the Canopic Jar by selling Deimos Clay, Horahky's Flame and Phobos Glaze. Bear in mind it costs 250,000 Gil. The Canopic Jar increases the chances of most enemies dropping Arcana's. To make the High Arcana, you need 10 Arcana, 1 Soul Of Thamasa and 1 Feystone.
But...if you knew exactly how to get the ingredients needed for the Tournesol, you shouldn't need to resort to finding High Arcana or a Canopic Jar.....

You can steal them from
, exit, re-enter to steal again, and repeat the
process until you have enough. The High Arcana is a rare steal (so Thief's
Cuffs are mandatory), so this might require some patience, but this is better
than having to go out of your way later.

Serpentarius can be stolen from Zodiark, and you'll get one as a reward for obtaining all thirteen Espers. That accounts for two of three Serpentarius', the other one is acquired through the Bazzar.
High Arcana's can also be stolen from every Esper, but it would require you to equip the Thief's Cuff to increase chances. If you've defeated the Espers, you can try stealing it from Rare Game; a plethora of Rare Game yield High Arcana's.
