Cactaurs in Thunder Plains

I prayed to one of the Qactaur stones, and then one cactaur came out, but ran away immediately and never came out ever again.... I tried praying to another one of the qactaur stones, but they dont shine anymore ... so.. can ne1 tell me what is the problem?

Find all the Cactuar stones and pray to them. Once you do this go to the southern area before Rin's Travel Agency. You should see a Cactuar ghost follow it east to a broken lightning tower, pray in front of it and lightning will strike it and destroy it revealing a chest containing the Spirit Lance.

the problem is that... after i prayed to one of the stones, it seems as if ALL the other stones aren't lighting up... and i literally walked back and forth in the thunder plains... 4x and waited like 10 mins

Have you prayed to every stone in the thunder plains?

no, im doing a NSGNSNCNONENNENBB challenge, so there is no point in getting all of the stones, because it will make qactaur hunting harder

You must be missing something. That happened to me when I was doing this side-quest. If you head back to first section of the Thunder Plains, there is a stone to pray to in a small alove on the right of the screen. I think this one is a must for doing this. Then head back out and see if you can find the ghost there, and follow it.
That's what I did anyway, so I don't know if it'll work for you or not...
