Ah, the sport of matadores and Spanish manly men. Certainly an entertaining spectacle, one that requires nerves of steel and the grace of I've never been to one, but I've come close, and I'd love to see one while they're still popular.

Who else is a fan of/has been to one of these awesome events?

Thre French have a gift for treating animals quite badly too. However the Japanese and the Germans and the Russians mistreated people. On some level I think there's something quite wrong with killing animals for fun, I have the same problem with hunting. Though it does seem quite a spectacle which would be fun watching.
I'd like to go to a bull fight, but I wouldn't be 100% in favour of it.
