Blizzard, Lightning or Fire

I find myself using Thunder more than the other two spells, it always seems to be slightly more powerful for some reason.

And Fire and Blizzard are normally the first two spells you get, with Thunder being the third and being slightly more powerful - like in FFIII - once I had Thunder, I never used Fire or Blizzard again.

Well, Thunder did have a habit of being the stronger of the 3, (In FFIII and FFIX) So, I'll go with thunder.

Plus, the effects used in Thunder spells are pretty good.

I prefer Thunder. Looks like it packs more of a punch...and it's way cooler looking than the others.

I ususally either use fire or thunder because it just seems like they do more damage than water/blizzard. In fact, I rarely even bother with those two spells anymore, unless an enemy has them as an elemental weakness.

Since I have to pick one, I'll say fire. Almost every enemy takes some kind of damage from that.

I use Fire, mostly because that when you do end up geoing against a regular enemy that has a weakness it tends to be Fire anyway.

FF VII: ice
FF IX: lightning
FF X: ice
FFXII: lightning

I pretty much always just prefer Ice, It's just always the one I seem to go for first, i dunno why really I just like it best.

Even on other games, well, PSU i'd favour ice over the other elementals, that was always my highest levelled on that game by a long shot

Ice is made of win IMO

for Vii i say thunder becoz u get the metiors and its one of the first materia you get so its one of the first you master
8 i say thunder because i always have it as squalls elemental attack
and 10 i would say thunder
i dont realy remember 9 but i think it was thunder

Lightning does always seem to be more powerful, dunnit? Anyway, Ramuh looks like Santa on a bender, so I say thunder.
