I've played final fantasy x about 10 times now and have only recently started playing blitzball. I love it. But when I was playing I relized something. Some players on the Besaid Aurochs are better than others. AKA: they suck. I know that the Aurichs get better when you level them up, but I need to win some games NOW.I was wondering what are the best players to replace my team and lead me to a winning record.

Judda is good for a back Defense, i corrently got Brother on my team aswell, he's pretty good for a back defense or attack, whichever you perfer.

You want defence: Albhed are the way to go, not so good on offensive end but on D they go all right. They have speed, high block and pass stats mostly.

Just yesterday i had brother swimming around dodging everyone for 2 mins...i couldn't work out why he wasn't getting into any engagements....turns out the opposition was too slow..and he was on manual for some unknown reason :S
Personally, I never bothered trading players. I just kept the Aurochs as they are. Maybe I'm sentimental and attached to the Besaid guys since they're Wakka's original team, haha, but I never really saw the point in trading up. My team always end up completely unbeatable. To win games NOW, when your levels are incredibly low and the team sucks...just use the Jecht Shot like whoa, and be defensive otherwise. I suggest doing the League games, since there are ten of them...so even if you don't win all of them, you still level up and can still win in the end. Good for practice, since sometimes not losing can be way too frustrating.
