I love this guy, he's more "family friendly" than most standup comedians but still very smart and socially relevant. I only saw clips of The Cosby Show, but I figure at least a few people here may have grown up watching it. Some of the clips from his early comedy acts are definitely worth watching. Take this one about kids and "brain damage":

But yeah I love Bill Cosby and I loved the Cosby show (first few seasons with all the kids at least)

He's from my area and has a house about 20 minutes away. Always a guest speaker at several local high school/college graduations.

He's grown a little grizzled in his old age - but from what I understand the guy chases punanny like no one's business.
