NOt too many characters have pulled of a laughter in the series, but in FFX there was Tidus and Yuna's crazy laughter thing, and Wakka's innocent laugh when Tidus tells him he played for the Zanarkand abes ( my favourite laughter), and Seymour's evil luaghter, not to mention Kefka's psycho laugh. Please post more if you know about any more laughs...HILARIOUS:D

There is also Scarletts laugh (Kya ha ha!) And I think Heidegards laugh (Gya ha ha!) From VII. Rufus describes the latter as a "horse laugh"
 
Haha, I have to agree with the Yuna and Tidus laugh thing. It was kinda corny but it made me smile and chuckle anyway. What else? Um...I can't really think of anything right now.

Erm, now that I think about it...did any of the characters from FFXII laughed? I haven't finished the game...almost done though, but I don't recall any of them laughing so far...

Reddas does at one point, a short laugh but it's very a nice one, jolly like. My personal favourite.
 
Kefka no doubt. Signiture laugh for the FF series I must say.

X-Death also had a very unique and distinct Bwah-ha-ha laugh that stood out when you encountered him the numerous times in FFV.
 
FFVIII - Squall, when he said "I dreamt I was a moron" I LMFAO.

FFIX - Zidane, "Oh.. Soft" while rubbing Garnets Bum.
