I'm not really sure where to put this because i couldn't find anything for the N64.. oh well.

I was just looking through related videos and watching random things on Youtube when i came across a soundtrack for one of the levels. I decided to go and look at more videos and got to thinking about how i used to love the game.

What are some of your favorite parts of the game if you've played it?

My favorite parts were all the different items you could use like the boots to walk through a swamp. I like when Mumbo-Jumbo messes up and turns you into a Washing Machine as well lol.

Man...I pretty much loved everything about this game. It's one of the best platformers I've ever played. In fact, I prefer it to Super Mario 64...which is really saying something.

I loved the part in the snowy level where you have to dive bomb with Kazooie and knock the hats off the giant snowmen. Oh, and finding Gruntilda's sister was always great. She had some hilarious lines. haha

But again, the game's terrific. The soundtrack ruled.

Yea, i found a video though that points out some really well hidden reasons that the game is not rated E. Am I allowed to post the link?

Banjo-Kazooie isn't rated E? I never noticed. The game's rated T, so the material contained within the link should be appropriate.

No the game is rated E but the video shows hidden things that should make it not E. It's not really bad but the video doesn't make things sound better than it is..

I guess i'll just post it and if it's bad they'll take it off right?

it has the link to the second on the info thingy

I thought thay BK was a more fun game than Mario 64 as well, it's just not looked upon as important as the other game. It was packed with fun and great looking levels (the snow and season changing levels come to mind especially) and played very nicely as well.

Sadly RARE for the sequel went overboard with the item collecting nonsense like they did with DK64 and it was a massive chore for me. But I'd always look at the first as one of my faves on the old N64.

Yeah, Banjo-Tooie wasn't quite as fun to play as Banjo-Kazooie. I still enjoyed playing it, but there's no denying that the first Banjo game is superior.

As for the video about this game not being deserving of the E rating...

Ehhh, I'm not convinced. They're stretches. Nuts...arse...dingaling. I didn't watch the entire video, but I'm guessing it's more of the same sorta stuff. Besides, the game was developed during a time when people weren't overly sensitive about violence and inappropriate material within videogames.

About those vids a fair few of those were probably intentional and were quite funny if true, some other ones were kinda BS and probably just people looking too hard at some things which sorta makes you wonder what kind of minds they have.

It's kinda down to opinion really, it's not as blatent as say Conker's Bad Fur Day (another awesome title) which got a rating it deserved and as I said some of it is probably just things that people are just making up in their heads.

This is totally a game that I secretly love. I haven't even played the full game yet. I played the demo on XBL and another version of it.... Somewhere.... :ahmed: Anyway, it was very fun. I play the demo quite a bit. I like the concept with the puzzles and all that. The commander/military dude is pretty funny too. XD
